Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, stress, or simply need someone to talk to, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore your feelings. I aim to help you develop healthy coping strategies that bring you back to stable ground and provide you with a sense of peace and understanding.

Mindful Path offers individualized therapy for children, adolescents and adults. Evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques are used to assist you in navigating life’s challenges.

Skills based groups are also offered at Mindful Path. Currently, a Social Skills Group for children (ages 7-9) is available. The participation of this group will foster the development of essential social skills that will support your child as they navigate friendships and social settings.
