About Mindful Path
Helping You Navigate Life’s Challenges with Compassionate Support
We all have emotional ups and downs throughout our life. I am passionate about helping you cope with the circumstances that brought you to therapy. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, stress, or simply need someone to talk to, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore your feelings. I aim to help you develop healthy coping strategies that bring you back to stable ground and provide you with a sense of peace and understanding.
Mindful Path offers individualized therapy for children, adolescents and adults. Evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques are used to assist you in navigating life’s challenges.
Skills based groups are also offered at Mindful Path. Currently, a Social Skills Group for children (ages 7-9) is available. The participation of this group will foster the development of essential social skills that will support your child as they navigate friendships and social settings.

Meet Frankie Hoffman, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for supporting the emotional and behavioral well-being of children and adolescents. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Toledo in 2017 and later completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Spring Arbor University in 2022. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping young people process difficult emotions, build strong coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
With a background in child development, behavior management, and personal experience as a parent, I bring both professional insight and genuine empathy to every session. My counseling style is eclectic and trauma-informed, blending mindfulness-based strategies with practical resources for parents. I believe every child deserves a safe space to be heard and supported, and every family deserves guidance that meets them where they are.
I am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) who is committed to ongoing growth in ethical and compassionate care. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling (ACAC). If your child is struggling—or if you’re simply unsure where to begin—reach out to Mindful Path. Together, we can begin the journey toward emotional wellness and clarity.
