Individual Therapy
One-on-one counseling sessions are designed to support children, teens, and adults as they navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills.
Skills-Based Groups
Structured group sessions are offered periodically throughout the year. They focus on building social, emotional, and behavioral skills in a supportive, peer-based environment.
