When Life Becomes Overwhelming, Support is Available for Children and Parents
Big emotions. Stuck patterns. Unspoken worries. Whatever brings you here, it matters, and so do you.
When your child is experiencing sadness, anxiety, stress, or self-doubt, it’s valid. Mindful Path will take the time to understand and help you and your child navigate challenges, both big and small.
Mindful Path is a place to pause, unpack, and find steady ground. With a focus on helping your child explore their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and grow forward.
Support That is Grounded in Empathy. Conversations That Matter. Lasting Impact.
Therapy at Mindful Path is tailored to your child’s individual needs. A blend of evidence based approaches are used that include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy techniques. Therapy is conducted in a comfortable setting, using play and art as a vehicle for self exploration and expression.
If you’ve been looking for support, you’re in the right place now.
At Mindful Path, the journey toward emotional wellness is just that, a path. Sometimes winding, sometimes uphill, but never one you have to walk alone.
Founded by Frankie Hoffman, LPC, Mindful Path offers individualized counseling rooted in empathy, mindfulness, and a deep respect for each child’s unique experiences.
No matter where you’re starting from, therapy is a journey that begins with just one step. That’s all you need to take today.

Topics that will be addressed:
- Conflict resolution
- Exploring friendship/characteristics of friendships
- Perspective taking and boundaries
- Nonverbal vs verbal communication and active listening
- Cooperation
As a parent or guardian, you’ll receive a printed handout that summarizes each session, along with ideas and recommendations to reinforce these skills at home throughout the summer.
This summer program offers a space for children to engage in hands-on activities with their peers, creating an opportunity for them to practice and develop social skills that foster lasting friendships. Designed to help your child feel heard, supported, and confident.
